'Love' and 'Keys' lock up Italo noms

'House Keys,' 'Consequences' garner eight noms each

ROME -- Gianni Amelio's father-and-son drama "The House Keys" and Paolo Sorrentino's surreal Mafia pic "The Consequences of Love" garnered eight nominations each for Italy's Nastri D'Argento (Silver Ribbons), the country's oldest film nods.

Sergio Castellitto's "Don't Move" and Matteo Garrone's "First Love" both collected six noms. All four pics are candidates for director and producer prizes.

Winners of the Silver Ribbons, voted by Italy's national film journalists' union, SNGCI, will be announced in Rome on Feb. 4.
