ICM has signed "Shadowboxer" scribe Will Rokos.

Pic, starring Helen Mirren, Cuba Gooding Jr. and Wes Bentley is helmed by frosh director Lee Daniels.

Rokos, who nabbed an Academy Award nomination for co-writing "Monster's Ball," is managed by Cheng Caplan Co.
