Pic is about a professional escape expert who is hired to break someone out of prison and is shocked to find out who he's liberated.
Jason Hoffs is producing, while John Fox is overseeing for the studio.
Hoffs is also producing "Argonauts," with John Baldecchi, Stephen Sommers and Bob Ducsay at DreamWorks, where he recently inked a production pact. He's also producing "Hot Wheels," based on the popular car toys, with Baldecchi at Columbia.
Wolpert wrote "The Count of Monte Cristo" for Spyglass Entertainment and Disney, starring Jim Caviezel, as well as the original draft of Disney's "Pirates of the Caribbean" on which he shared story credit. At Spyglass he is in development on "Ironbow: The Legend of William Tell."
