Court TV and the Sundance Channel's short doc "First Amendment Project: Fox v. Franken" will screen at the Hamptons Film Festival Saturday.

Helmed by Chris Hegedus and Nick Doob, the docu examines comedian Franken's legal battles with the Fox New Channel for using its tagline "Fair and Balanced" as the subhead of his book "Lies and the Lying Liars That Tell them."

"Fox v. Franken" is one of four shorts on which the two nets collaborated. All explore First Amendment issues, with the other three focusing on freedom of speech, assembly and state sponsorship of the arts.

"The First Amendment Project" will air on both Court TV and the Sundance Channel on Dec. 7 and 14.
