Koch-Stone tapped for Par production gig

Exec worked on 'Spider,' 'Wonder Boys,' 'Ashes'

Alexandra Koch-Stone has been promoted to senior VP of feature production management at Paramount Pictures.

Koch-Stone, who was previously a VP, will continue to report to Fred Gallo, president of feature production management worldwide, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day physical production of features, from the budgeting process and scheduling through the completion of principal photography.

While at Par she has worked on pics including "Along Came a Spider," "Wonder Boys," "Angela's Ashes," "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life," "Without a Paddle," "The Four Feathers," "The Sum of All Fears" and "The Hunted."

She is currently overseeing Cameron Crowe's "Elizabethtown," starring Kirsten Dunst, Orlando Bloom and Susan Sarandon. She is also prepping "Last Holiday," starring Queen Latifah.
