Weekend Box Office Preview
July 23, 2004

WILTING IN THE HEAT
Releasing a pic in more than 3,000 theaters has typically been a formula for box office success in July. However, the following saturated releases failed to connect with their auds -- a fate "Catwoman" and "Bourne Supremacy" hope not to repeat.
