Copenhagen Film Festival program director Lone Korslund is ankling just a month before the fest's second edition to become Nordic acquisition manager at Scandinavian major Nordisk Film.

Korslund was signed last year to improve the event's profile. In spite of a $1.5 million subsidy, its first edition drew only 12,000 admissions.

Korslund replaced Michael Soby, who resigned for "personal reasons." Soby had been grilled by the media over a conflict of interest, as he was also running a distrib releasing festival films.

At Nordisk, Korslund will replace Hanne Palmquist, who is joining an independent production company.
