Scribes, WB load 'Bullets'

Goodman to o'see project with Silver Pictures' Levin, Gambino

Scribes Martin Kunert and Eric Manes have inked a mid-six-figure deal to rewrite "Dodging Bullets" for producer Joel Silver and Warner Bros.

Original draft was written by Michael Givens; project is being overseen by WB exec Jessica Goodman with Silver Pictures' Susan Levin and David Gambino. Mike Jacobs Jr. is exec producing.

Story concerns a tough female bodyguard who finds unexpected romance while protecting a cocky NBA star from an unrelenting stalker.

Manes and Kunert are producing documentary "Voices Over Iraq," now in post-production and without distribution.

Pic compiles footage from 150 digital video cameras distributed to Iraqis throughout the country. Doc focuses on their hopes and dreams for the future of themselves, their families and nation.

Duo created, wrote and are exec producing "Catch" for CBS and "HRT" for CBS/Columbia TriStar.
