Hall to o'see ad sales; Taitz now chief administrative officer

A founder of the company, Hall has been with Oxygen since its launch in 1998 and has served as COO since 1999.
Oxygen has also upped Daniel Taitz to chief administrative officer, reporting to Hall. Exec will be responsible for the company's finance, legal, facilities and human resource areas.
Hall will continue to oversee the advertising sales division, which this year saw an 80% increase in its upfront ad dollars. Meanwhile, ad sales exec veep Gina Garrubbo has ankled to begin a consulting practice. Senior VPs Mary Jeanne Cavanaugh and Karl Lewis will now report to Hall.
"She's a fearless negotiator and holds an impressive command of the complexities in our industry and our daily operations. She's been the driving force behind all of Oxygen's major deals," chair-CEO Geraldine Laybourne said.
Hall engineered Oxygen's initial partnerships with Carsey-Werner-Mandabach, Harpo and Vulcan and has helped secure distribution and all of the company's financing.
Taitz led distribution negotiations with Oxygen's major cable and satellite affiliates and has handled many of the net's other transactions. He served as outside counsel for the company in 1999 and most recently acted as general counsel.
