Written by Maria Flook, "Invisible Eden" is the true story of Christa Worthington. Two years ago, the 46-year-old fashion writer was found dead on the floor of her Truro, Mass. cottage, stabbed in the chest.
Her homicide was the first in Truro in more than 30 years. Police say she was dead for at least 24 hours before they arrived; they found her 2-year-old daughter alone with the body.
"Invisible Eden" was published last June by Random House imprint Broadway Books. The Truro Police Dept. continues to offer a $25,000 reward for information leading to the murderer's arrest.
Pic will be produced by Aurora's William Stuart ("The Rock") and Helpern's David Helpern ("Leave It to Beaver").
Dominick did rewrites on "The Runelords" and the Fox 2000 project "I Know This Much Is True," an adaptation of the Wally Lamb novel.
