Maverick-based producer Rick Joseph is producing with Rob Szymanski; Kaufman's manager Peter Miller will exec produce. Maverick VP of development Yael Oestreich will co-produce.
Story concerns two very different sisters who turn their sorority house into a spa that caters to the "special needs" of women.
Bleil and Lanis are also writing a television pilot for another Maverick-based producer, Rachel Rothman. Bleil is a former VP at Akiva Goldsman's Weed Road Pictures.
