Foley set to direct Hyde Park 'Hearts'

Written by Jim Uhls ("Fight Club"), pic is a comic crime actioner about a bounty-hunting couple who chase down their most dangerous target while planning their wedding. Project is being prepped for a fall start.
Peculiar Films, run by Uhls and former Columbia Pictures and MGM exec Yalda T. Uhls ("Permanent Midnight"), will produce with Hyde Park's Ashok Amritraj and Jon Jashni.
Foley most recently directed the pilot "Hollywood Division" for Fox. His most recent feature, "Confidence," starred Ed Burns and Dustin Hoffman. His credits also include "Glengarry Glen Ross" and "After Dark, My Sweet."
Projects in development at Peculiar include "Thornley and Oswald" by Stephen Barnes and "Fool That I Am," written by Uhls with Knarik Koop. Uhls is also writing "Flicker" for Darren Aronofsky at New Regency and "Gideon's Force" for Imagine Entertainment at Warner Bros. Pictures.
In addition to "Walking Tall," recent Hyde Park productions include "Bringing Down the House" as well as the upcoming "Raising Helen" and "Shopgirl."
