BERLIN -- Nico Hofmann, head of Berlin-based production outfit Teamworx, is stepping in as creative head of Trebitsch Produktion Holding, replacing CEO Katharina Trebitsch.
Trebitsch announced in December that she would exit the shingle she set up in 1985 due to differences with majority shareholder Ufa Film & TV Produktion.
Hofmann joins Jan-Pelgrom de Haas, head of Ufa production subsids Grundy Ufa and Magyar Grundy Ufa, who has taken charge of Trebitsch Produktion's management.
UFA will acquire Katharina Trebitsch's minority share in the Hamburg-based company, which produces TV series and movies as well as theatrical features.
