HOLLYWOOD -- The British Academy of Film & Television Arts/Los Angeles will host a champagne brunch in L.A. during a closed circuit live viewing of the BAFTA Film Awards on Feb. 15 from the Odeon in London's Leicester Square.
BAFTA nominees and other celebs are invited join members of BAFTA/LA and guests for the viewing party at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, which starts at noon.
In related news, BAFTA/LA has elected three new members to its board of directors.
They are prexy of Periscope, J. Alan Davis; prexy of Passport Entertainment David R. Ginsburg; and writer-producer Peter Morris. Donald Haber continues as executive director.
The board has re-elected Gary Dartnall as chairman, as well as Antony Root as deputy chair, Rebecca Segal as secretary and Pamela Godfrey as treasurer.
