Benderspink will exec produce pic
Written by Lara Shapiro and Stacy Kramer, "Labor Pains" is the story of a woman who prevents herself from being fired by faking a pregnancy but must then live out the lie for the next nine months.
Benderspink, which manages the writers, will exec produce. Warners VP production Jessica Goodman will oversee the project's development.
Goldmann is producing "Taking Lives" starring Angelina Jolie and Ethan Hawke for Warners and Village Roadshow.
Shapiro is a commercials director whose credits include the Independent Film Channel and ESPN. Kramer, who produced "Jawbreaker," previously co-wrote the spec "#6E" for Fox Searchlight with Valerie Thomas.
