HP makes Latin 'Conexion'

Co. to act as sponsor, participant in 30-minute show

MIAMI -- Hewlett-Packard has teamed with Houston-based Hispanic ad agency Nexo Latino to create "Conexion Latina," a weekly Spanish-lingo TV program.

As a sponsor and participant in the 30-minute show, HP demonstrates products for small and medium-size businesses, such as PCs, printers, servers, handheld devices and technology resources designed for legal, accounting and real estate professionals.

Program is airing on Houston's HCC-TV, available on Time Warner Cable. It is hosted by Marco Bracamontes, CEO of Nexo Latino.

HP and Nexo Latino are exploring other markets for the show and developing Internet streaming.
