"42nd Street" opened at the Ahmanson Theater Friday. The SRO bow was followed by a party in the courtyard attended by original cast members such as Carole Cook, Millicent Martin; Center Theater Group's Gordon Davidson; plus guests Neal Patrick Harris, Camryn Manheim, Doris Roberts and John Spencer.
