Andrew Deutscher, Howard Nelson

Sony Pictures Television sales exec Andrew Deutscher has been elevated from Midwest region division manager to VP, Northeast region. He will be responsible for sales of firstrun and off-network syndicated series. Deutscher will relocate from Chicago to the company's New York office and report to senior VP Jeffrey Wolf.

SPT has also upped integrated marketing consultant Howard Nelson to executive director, integrated promotion.
