USA to air Willie Nelson b'day show

The USA Network will air "Willie Nelson and Friends: Live & Kickin'," a two-hour concert celebrating the country crooner's 70th birthday, on Memorial Day, May 26.

Special, which tapes April 9 at Gotham's Beacon Theater, is being produced by the cabler and Automatic Prods. Mark Rothbaum will exec produce and Jeb Brien will direct.
