Jerry Solowitz

Jerry Solowitz, the servicing director for AMCO Entertainment Group, died April 11 of a heart attack at his Los Angeles home. He was 59.

At the film production company located in Santa Monica, Solowitz was responsible for all activities associated with video servicing. He also worked in the same capacity for Tomorrow Films.

Solowitz, a Manhattan native, relocated to L.A. in 1974 and held numerous managerial positions in the video field for several companies, including Turner Entertainment and MGM/UA.

There are no family survivors.
