Shine's formats include a new stu-dio gameshow and Blighty satcaster Sky One's "Spend It?" to be launched at Mip TV in Cannes next week.
The Television Corp. already han-dles a range of programs internation-ally, including "Robot Wars" and "Star for a Night."
"We have worked with Television Corp. before and believe we share a similar approach to the marketplace and that our product is complementary to their existing formats," said Shine CEO Murdoch.
