CAA to represent Madonna

Material Girl ankles UTA, still managed by Caliente

Madonna has inked a comprehensive deal to be repped by Creative Artists Agency for all music, film, television and literary projects. She had previously been repped by United Talent Agency.

CAA does not have any specific projects on deck for the Material Girl; she already has a full plate for the next few months.

Her new Warner Bros. album "American Life" is slated for an April release, she will appear on an upcoming episode of NBC laffer "Will and Grace," and she has penned a series of children's books for Penguin, the first of which will be out in September.

Madonna is managed by Caliente Entertainment's Caresse Henry.
