Helmer James Foley's "Confidence," a recent Sundance selection that is set to unspool domestically via Lions Gate on April 25, has been set as the opening-night film for two upcoming fests. Pic, which stars Ed Burns and Dustin Hoffman, will open the Santa Barbara Film Festival on Feb. 28 before opening the Philadelphia Film Festival on April 3.
The Santa Barbara fest will fete actor Jeff Bridges with its annual Modern Master award.
