Trio rise at Warner Int'l TV

Miele to o'see biz, legal matters; Dudley-Smith, Wolf upped

HOLLYWOOD -- Warner Bros. Intl. Television prexy Jeffrey R. Schlesinger announced a raft of exec moves on Monday.

Ronald W. Miele has been upped to exec VP of business affairs, operations and general counsel; Malcolm Dudley-Smith becomes exec VP of sales and business development; and Renee I. Wolf has been promoted to senior VP of business affairs and deputy general counsel.

Miele will continue to oversee business and legal matters and assume greater involvement in the overall business of the division as well as planning and strategic operations.

Dudley-Smith will continue to oversee WBITD's sales activities in Latin America, Asia and Canada, including pay, cable and free TV. He is also responsible for identifying equity investments and strategic alliances.

Wolf, now WBITD's VP of business affairs and deputy general counsel, will assume day-to-day responsibility of all legal and business affairs operations of the division.

"Ron, Malcolm and Renee are long-standing, valued members of our team," said Schlesinger. "These promotions reflect the hard work, dedication, results and vision that they have brought to our operations."
