SAG taps Wolf for diversity award

Kudos will be presented Friday at forum

HOLLYWOOD -- The Screen Actors Guild has tapped TV producer Dick Wolf ("Law & Order") as winner of its Outstanding Diversity Award for his contributions to casting diversity.

Kudos will be presented Friday by thesp Benjamin Bratt as part of a forum at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel on the Latino legacy in Hollywood. Forum is sponsored by the SAG's equal employment opportunity Latino/Hispanic subcommittee.

Panel discussion will be moderated by Hector Elizondo; speakers include current SAG prexy Melissa Gilbert and past SAG president William Schallert. Panel participants include Gregory Sierra, CBS Entertainment VP Nina Tassler, DIC Entertainment CEO Andy Heyward, Producers Guild exec director Vance Van Petten and "Greetings From Tucson" exec producer Peter Murrieta.

Honored guests and presenters include Edward James Olmos, Malik Yoba, Ed Begley Jr., Edward Albert Jr., Esai Morales and Margaret O'Brien.
