As a small-business owner and married dad of three young kids, I don't have hours to dwell on Hollyrude's trade excuse for "coverage."
But Peter Bart's Back Lot column of Sept. 30 deserves some response from beyond La-La Land. The president (Bush or any other) has a tough enough job as it is without the potshots from the press and their whiner allies in your dim neighborhood.
Bart has a total lack of perspective on Iraq's deadly history. Not all GOP White House activity must pass the Cali leftist litmus test before being knighted by the paper & pictorial crowd that votes 90% Dem.
