Pocket PC Films has partnered with consultant Jon Sheinberg and the Machine to pursue content licenses and alliances for Pocket PC, which specializes in distributing entertainment on handheld devices such as Palm and Pocket PC personal digital assistants. The Machine will help pick advisory board members for Pocket PC from entertainment industry leaders and sign deals for additional feature and TV content. Pocket PC also sells content for handhelds and next-generation cell phones through kiosks in airports.

Another wireless content provider, Mazingo.net, said it will distribute financial news and information from WebFN on four channels of video syndicated from MSN Money, E*Trade and Fidelity. The material from WebFN-to-Go will be available on next-generation cell phones, PDAs and other handheld wireless devices.
