Frances Doyle Sheiffele, mother of "Entertainment Tonight" senior segment producer Robert T. Sheiffele and writer-actress Janet S. Blake, died April 2 of liver cancer in Connecticut. She was 79.
She served as the media director for the Hagaman Memorial Libray in East Haven, Conn., until her retirement in 1995.
She is additionally survived by two other sons, two other daughters and four grandchildren.
