Oscar Watch: Gibson joins presenter lineup

'Braveheart' helmer, thesp to make seventh appearance

Mel Gibson will make his seventh appearance as a presenter at the 74th annual Academy Awards.

Gibson, a two-time Oscar winner, for director and film ("Braveheart"), currently stars in "We Were Soldiers" and next will be seen in "Signs."

The Oscars will be presented March 24 at the Kodak Theater.
