Kashmir fight stirs a Fashion faux pas

A French-backed Fashion TV channel in India is, for the second time, in hot water with local authorities.

Last time, nudity was the problem; this time, the flap's over politics.

The channel has been showing the Indian map without a part of the state of Kashmir. The crucial area missing is the focus of the tense, ongoing dispute with neighboring Pakistan.

The area is referred to by Indians as Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, which, it would seem, the channel has awarded to Pakistan.
