Beckhams turn the 'Bend'
English soccer megastar David Beckham and his pop star wife Victoria (Posh Spice of the Spice Girls) recently saw the final cut of the Gurinder Chadha pic -- about two teenage girls who join a women's soccer team in defiance of their parents -- and liked it so much that they immediately volunteered to be in it.
Chadha had used look-alikes of the couple in a climactic scene of the film, which draws its title from the midfielder's shooting prowess, but she's now scrambling to arrange a day of reshoots with the real thing.
Victoria Beckham is also contributing a song or three. Pic is set for U.K. release April 19 by Helkon.
