Oscar-telecast producer Laura Ziskin has appointed Marty Pasetta Jr. and Pamela Oas Williams as producers of the 74th Academy Awards preshow.
Ziskin recently collaborated with the producing duo on her first live TV show, "Fail Safe," which was also exec produced by George Clooney. This will be Pasetta and Williams' first outing as Oscar preshow producers.
An experienced producer with more than 300 live television hours to his credit, Pasetta has been involved in several Oscar shows, including as associate director for the 60th Academy Awards presentation in 1988.
Williams ran Clooney's Maysville Television before becoming Ziskin's television producing partner.
The Oscars will take place March 24 at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood.
