HOLLYWOOD -- The 2002 Sundance Film Festival, which runs Jan. 10-20 in Park City, Utah, has announced several special screenings. They are "Wise Girls," directed by David Anspaugh; "Only the Strong Survive," from documentarians D.A. Pennebaker and Chris Hegedus; "Love the Hard Way," directed by Peter Sehr; and Alfonso Cuaron's "Y Tu Mama Tambien."

As a special event, the fest will offer "September 11," a collection of five films about the disaster: "The First 24 Hours," directed by Etienne Sauret; "From the Ashes -- 10 Artists," helmed by Deborah Shaffer; "Site," from Jason Kliot; "Voice of the Prophet," by Robert Edwards; and "We Are Family," directed by Danny Schechter.
