Five Execs upped

Court TV has upped five execs: Rita Barry-Corke to exec producer of legal news specials; Emily Barsh to co-exec producer of "Catherine Crier Live"; Barri Chattman to VP, talent development and daytime booking; Tim Sullivan to VP, daytime; and Wendy Whitman to exec producer, daytime. All the execs will report to Marlene Dann, senior veep, daytime programming.
