United Visions delisted

New co. following merger starts trading on Monday

COLOGNE -- TV production and marketing company United Visions Entertainment has been delisted from the Neuer Markt, following its merger with advertising agency Scholz & Friends Group.

The new company, called Scholz & Friends, started trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Monday. Scholz & Friends decided against a Neuer Markt listing because of "the loss of image and trust in this segment," said chief financial officer Christian Tiedemann.

He said the company may re-enter the Neuer Markt at a later stage.
