Based in Los Angeles, Jaffe will be responsible for negotiating Lions Gate's theatrical, homevideo and international acquisition agreements. She will report to exec veep of legal and business affairs Wayne Levin.
"Her creativity in dealmaking blends in well with Lions Gate's dynamic acquisitions team," Levin said.
Before joining Lions Gate in December, Jaffe was director of international business and legal affairs for Santa Monica-based film and TV company Trimark.
