Anthony Saragueta

Universal Music Publishing Group has boosted Anthony Saragueta to veep of royalties, U.S. operations. Saragueta will report to chief financial officer Michael Sammis and will supervise the company's U.S. royalty department. He was previously senior director of royalties.
