MTVE parents Kinder

World Brief

LONDON -- MTV Networks Europe has acquired Preview Investments, the holding company of Dutch kidvid channel KinderNet. Move is in keeping with MTVE's pan-European growth strategy.

KinderNet is in 6 million homes in Holland and Belgium.
