Victory, Neptuno animating 'Cat,' 'Ambi'

Germany's Victory Media and toon maker Neptuno Films Deutschland are co-producing two new animated series. "Cat in Boots" is a slapstick version of Charles Perrault's fairy tale "Puss in Boots," while "Ambi & Lance" is aimed at preschoolers. roduction begins next year; Neptuno will handle sales and distribution.
