Fandango ups Warner to CFO

Warner joined Fandango last December as finance veep. He also will assume responsibility for Fandango's business-development department. Prior to joining Fandango, Warner held several posts with the Atlantic Richfield Co., including veep of investor relations and general manager.
Prior to Fandango, Green was prexy and owner of GreenSky, a Los Angeles-based consultancy that specialized in entertainment and Internet projects. Green also served as veep of strategy for media and theme-entertainment venture Clarity. Ruderman previously spent four years as veep of sales and business development at RealTime Media.
