Richard Culliton has been appointed head writer of the ABC soap "All My Children." Culliton joined the Alphabet web in 1993 and was previously head writer of "General Hospital." With wife Carolyn Culliton and Wendy Riche, he is also the co-creator of ABC sudser "Port Charles."
