The body of John F. Hamlin III, son of ABC consultant and longtime specials vice president John F. Hamlin Jr., was recovered from the Las Virgines/Westlake Reservoir in southern California on May 24. He had been missing since April 15. He was 38.

A private memorial will take place at a later date.
