Camila Ipinza has been boosted to senior account manager, DBS/national accounts, at Playboy Television Networks. Ipinza will be responsible for sales and marketing and developing the DBS markets in the U.S. She will also manage Playboy TV Network's two largest accounts: DirecTV and EchoStar.
