Greece's Pradera picks up plex

The Pradera European Retail Fund has bought the Rendi Village Enter-tainment Park in Athens from Trizechahn and Village Cinemas Intl. for an estimated 60 million euros ($51.63 million).

The park includes the country's only megaplex, with 20 screens and 4,516 seats.
