Steve Cagle

Steve Cagle has been tapped exec VP and partner at SmithGeiger Re-search and Consulting, effective Monday. Cagle will provide services to the firm's top clients and will land new clients. Since 1995, he has been VP of the NBC Television Stations' division for programming, news and creative services.
