Jonathan Barzilay

ABC Cable Networks Group has upped Jonathan Barzilay to senior veep and general manager of Toon Disney. Barzilay will report to Anne M. Sweeney, prexy of ABC Cable Networks Group and Disney Channel Worldwide. He will continue to serve as senior VP and general manager of ABC Kids and will be responsible for daily operations of Toon Disney. Barzilay has been general manager of children's programming for ABC since 1997.
