Kevin McNally has signed to co-star in the HBO telepic "Conspiracy," based on a secret Nazi conference that took place in 1942. McNally, who appeared in Miramax's "Sliding Doors," will next co-star with Minnie Driver and Mary McCormick in "High Heels & Low Lifes."
