Rohm's assistant district attorney character will be a forceful young prosecutor with a Harvard Law Review background and the goal of one day moving beyond the district attorney's office.
Her first episode of the Studios USA-produced "Law" will be the show's 12th season premiere, slated to begin production in Gotham this week. "I first worked with Liz four years ago and I have watched her develop into one of the finest young actresses working in television," "Law" creator and exec producer Dick Wolf said. "Both (executive producer-head writer) Barry Schindel and I look forward to introducing another new and unique member of the 'Law & Order' family."
Paradigm-repped Rohm's most recent TV stint was as a regular on the TNT drama "Bull." She also appeared in the NBC mini "The '60s," had a recurring role on the WB's "Angel" and was a regular on the ABC sudser "One Life to Live."
Harmon is ankling "Law" next month after three seasons with the skein (Daily Variety, April 10).
