Weather Channel ups Ruiz to int'l biz prexy

The Weather Channel has upped Latin America prexy Eduardo Ruiz to the newly created position of president of international business development.

Ruiz will continue to serve as the head of the Latin American feevees, Spanish-lingo El Canal del Tiempo and Brazil's O Canal do Tempo.
