On2.com recorded a pro-forma fourth-quarter net loss of $6.4 million, compared to a $4.9 million loss for the same period in 1999. Revenues for the quarter were $384,842, up from $154,569 for the same three-month period of 1999. On2 has agreements with HBO, Viacom, USA Networks, Warner Bros. and Miramax. Shares of On2 closed down more than 6% Friday at $1.05.
